Tasks and responsibilities
• You develop plans for introducing our products (Infusion Pumps)
through collaborative relationships with the decision makers on the long-term
• You identify the needs / opportunities, by active listening and understanding the customers
current and future situation
• You influence/convince the key decision makers by the advantages of client’s
products and achieve consensus by your technical and commercial expertise
• You navigate through the complex buying process (tenders)
• You manage all aspects of the deal strategy including prospection, competitive positioning
strategy, pricing strategy (defining GM), presentation strategy, knowing when to bring in the
right resources to close the deal and follow-up
• You guide the client through implementation by training concerned HCP’s + aftercare
trainings (for EN MD: focus on patient comfort)
• You will visit different HCP: critical care units, endoscopy, gastro-enterology
• You are capable to manage and control a diverse product portfolio
• You are capable to create and keep trust / positive relations
• Rayon: North Netherlands
Qualifications
• Biomedical degree or equivalent by experience
• Knowledge (usage and technical details) on Medical Devices is a must
• Commercial affinity
• Convincingly strong
• Results oriented and client oriented
• Passionate, enthusiastic and proactive
• You run the extra mile
• Excellent language knowledge of Dutch and English
