As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for conducting direct sales to end-users with the support of our resellers in specific EMEA countries. Fluency in English and Dutch is essential for this role to effectively engage across different regions. You must bring 5-7 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the medical industry.
Critical results
● Conduct direct sales to end-users optimizing sales growth.
● Manage, support, and evaluate reseller performance to achieve sales targets.
● Hit sales numbers for the regions per product category.
● Interact directly with hospitals/clinics to get devices in hospitals.
● Play a key role in achieving long-term company revenue targets.
Responsibilities
Conduct direct sales to end-users (70%)
– Target end-user directly via leads provided by marketing, congresses, or cold-acquisition;
– Help solve hurdles within the DMU and find practical solutions to get our products sold;
– Work together with the marketing team to generate more sales in your region;
– Travel to your regions to conduct on-site sales.
Training and motivating resellers and their sales teams (25%)
– Have a short training loop to make sure that client’s products are on top-of-mind with our partners and their sales teams;
– Go on combined sales visits with our resellers to understand the market, educate them and push sales.
Gathering feedback from the market for new Sales & Marketing activities (5%)
– Gather feedback and market intelligence for sales improvement;
– Look out for new opportunities.
knowledge & experience / skills
● >5 years of work experience;
● Minimum Bachelor’s degree;
● Experience in international B2B business;
● Medical experience is not required, as long as you are willing to learn;
● A fast learner, making sure to have an in-depth knowledge on the product and the company within a short amount of time;
● Understanding of B2B direct sales;
● Timely, result oriented and goal achieving;
