Position Summary:
Supervise business teams to promote Clinical Nutrition portfolio of our customer for revenue growth. Key role in
stakeholder-management (sales-team, HCP’s, insurance companies, wholesalers), conduct market research to assess market
trends and explore business opportunities in the assigned product portfolio.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Set clear direction and vision for commercial & scientific teams of the Clinical Nutrition portfolio to achieve company
objectives.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies.
• Monitor the execution plan of brand strategies with the internal team.
• Insight market situation to initiate business plan and stay updated on competitors.
• Build strong customer relationship in collaboration with the Account Managers.
• Provide strong leadership for sales and marketing teams to ensure the achievement of sales targets and expense
control.
• Communicate the company regulations to the marketing and sales team that govern their performance in the best
way for the good of the company
• Ensure proper preparation of the marketing plans for the Clinical Nutrition portfolio.
• Ensure effective allocation for material plan implementation of resources in cooperation with Product Managers.
• Manage the inventory in accordance with agreed plans and policy in cooperation with Supply Chain.
• Ensures proper implementation of the marketing plan by maximizing sales force measures as the best in relation to
industry trends.
• Recruit and coach the team on professional knowledge and job-related skills with help of the HR department.
• Cooperate with other departments to fulfill assigned tasks.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Pharmaceutical / Medical related education (Master is preferred).
• Minimum 8 years’ sales experience in Sales manager and/or Product manager.
• Strong business strategy.
• Excellent Leadership and People skills.
• Strong communication and organization skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Confident, energetic, high accountability and strong teamwork.
