Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling the client\u2019s products in the South-East Netherlands area. Your main contacts will be hospitals, wound expert centers, wound care professionals in the community, and nursing and elderly homes.

Your responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\u2022 You represent our products and manage the sales for your territory
\n\u2022 You take ownership of your region: you think about innovation, new business opportunities, customer needs, market trends, and competitor practices to develop a relevant sales strategy with the support of your Manager
\n\u2022 With the guidance of the Sales Manager, you maintain a strategic business plan aligned with best practices and standards
\n\u2022 You execute all sales activities from the introduction of new products to presentation and training for customers, ensuring that each stakeholder receives key sales messages
\n\u2022 You are the primary contact for the KOLs in your region to build long-term relationships
\n\u2022 You act as the client’s brand ambassador and represent our client at relevant conferences, congresses, and trade fairs
\n\u2022 You ensure our CRM system is maintained in line with company standards
\n\u2022 You work in close cooperation with the Marketing and Medical departments to achieve goals together<\/p>\n
Your qualifications & experience:<\/p>\n
\u2022 You hold a paramedical or nursing degree, or equivalent based on relevant experience
\n\u2022 You can demonstrate initial experience in a similar position within a medical or pharmaceutical environment
\n\u2022 You have excellent oral and written communication skills
\n\u2022 You show a strong customer focus and entrepreneurial spirit
\n\u2022 Data-savvy and comfortable with numbers, you demonstrate the ability to effectively use Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and Showpad
\n\u2022 You are a native Dutch speaker and are fluent in English (written and verbal)
\n\u2022 You hold a valid driving license
