As a Sponsor-side CTM in a fast-growing start-up, you will have broad responsibility across study start-up, execution, vendor oversight, compliance, and budget management. This is a key role for someone who thrives in a lean environment, takes ownership, and enjoys building structure while delivering high-quality clinical trials. <\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:
\n– Own end\u2011to\u2011end study execution from start\u2011up to close\u2011out
\n– Manage sites, CROs, and specialist vendors
\n– Ensure compliance with ICH\u2011GCP and inspection readiness
\n– Drive timelines, quality, and budgets
\n– Act as the operational link across internal teams and external partners<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience:
\n– Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field.
\n– Several years of experience in Clinical Operations, preferably with Sponsor-side oversight responsibilities.
\n– Solid understanding of clinical trial conduct, ICH\u2011GCP, and regulatory requirements.
\n– Hands-on experience managing CROs, vendors, sites, and study budgets.
\n– Experience working in small, growing, or resource-constrained organizations is a strong plus.<\/p>\n
