Our client is offering an opportunity for a CRA to join their Clinical Monitoring department in Belgium as a CRA II or Senior CRA, depending on experience.<\/p>\n
Their global Clinical Monitoring department comprises colleagues with institutional knowledge, in-depth therapeutic experience, and robust operational tools. Together, they assist customers in defining and developing clinical programs, minimizing delays, and executing high-quality, cost-efficient clinical studies. As a Clinical Research Associate, you will:
\n\u2022 Excel in multi-national project teams and focus on delivering exemplary levels of customer service on multiple, challenging projects.
\n\u2022 Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and seek to work in a collegiate environment where you can take true ownership of your work.
\n\u2022 Perform and coordinate all aspects of the clinical monitoring process. You should also be qualified to conduct monitoring activities independently.

Education and Experience:
\n\u2022 University degree in a life-sciences field
\n\u2022 Independent, on-site monitoring experience in a Pharmaceutical or Clinical Research Organisation
\n\u2022 Demonstrated understanding of ICH-GCP, EU and FDA requirements
\n\u2022 Demonstrated understanding of medical\/therapeutic area knowledge and medical terminology
\n\u2022 Exceptional communication, collaboration, organisational and time management skills
\n\u2022 Excellent command of Dutch and English language<\/p>\n
