within healthcare and I have a large network. I naturally have a service-oriented attitude, which I have professionally developed at the Hotel Management School in Maastricht and my work experience within this industry. I took this attitude, but also my drive, perseverance and sincere and open interest in people, with me in my switch to recruitment. I started as a branch manager at Timing, where I gained experience with temporary employment, later secondment. Then I ended up at DOCS, which at the time was already an important, then still a local, player within the Healthcare Industry. <\/p><p>There I was part of the internationalization, a takeover and rapid growth into a global and listed organization. In more than 13 years, as a business developer and recruiter, I built up experience and a network with Clinical, Medical and Commercial functions within the (bio)pharmaceutical and medical devices industry. Subsequently, until 2020, I worked in this industry at InnSense as a senior consultant and business development manager. At the beginning of 2021, I started as an independent entrepreneur with STR Healthcare Recruitment, where I stand for building and expanding long-term relationships, with a lot of dedication and passion for people.
